I had emailed and called to get an appointment. A gentleman returned my email. I returned his call, left a message and never received a call back. When I did eventually call to schedule and then when I called to confirm pickup of my car, the gentleman on the phone was short and dismissive and came across as I was an interruption in his day. Once I could possibly chalk up to he was in the middle of something, twice is the setting of a pattern. Taken in consideration with the non-responded to voicemail, it seems to be a consistent pattern of customers being a nuisance.
