Inside of windows of new car were "cloudy" (especially rear window) - they didn't appear to have been cleaned.

While I think the deal was fair, it didn't leave me feeling like I got the best deal possible. More money could have come off the MSRP and more could have been offered in trade. So fair but not outstanding.

I chose this rating be cause my service writer Bill Graham did a quick and thorough check in and write up of my vehicle when dropping off for service on 10/17/24. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful which I greatly appreciated. My service (20k oil service and rear shock absorbers inspection) was completed in a timely manner and the work performed was exactly as expected. Communication provided to me from the status of my vehicle to the shuttle driver coming to pick me up was excellent. Overall I am pleased with my experience at Autofair VW of Merrimack NH.
