My service tech, Matthew, was incredible and did everything he could do to help, however I spent roughly 5.5 hours at the service center to replace a tire and have the headlight assembly replaced. That was after being at the dealership 2 days before when I had a tire replacement and headlight issue flagged. Parts needed to be ordered after having the appt on the books for almost a month. After waiting on the second day, it was discovered that there was an issue with the new headlight. And have to return again to have it fixed. The appointment to have it fixed is over two weeks away.

had a problem with my reart brakes after only 11000 miles and the dealer has agreed to perform a rear brake pad and rotor replacement at a cosyt of only $83 to me the customer while p[icking up the remainder of the brake replacement cost
