John did a great job in helping me navigate the purchase decision and process. Very appreciative of his approach to the car buying experience, and how he gave me additional confidence that I chose the right car and dealership.

-The sales associate had very little knowledge of the car, often telling me it had features it did not have. -The sales manager got aggressive when i asked questions about available discounts and what we qualified for. -I was not given a formal "delivery experience" where the sales person goes over the features of the vehicle and helps you connect your phone to bluetooth -I was missing the state inspection sticker, owners manual, and second key. Had to make a trip back to the dealer for all three of these items These are all minor things by themselves, but should not be missed when spending 35k+ on a new vehicle. I also spoke to several people throughout this process, not one of them apologized for the issues.
