    This is our second purchase of a VW Atlas at AutoFair. Unfortunately, we were involved in an accident that resulted in our car being totaled. We had worked with John with our last purchase and were extremely happy. He understood our needs and challenges and was able to immediately help us choose the perfect match.

    Excellent experience across the board! Everyone I spoke to was helpful and nice. Even went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. After having had a terrible experience at another VW dealership the week before I almost gave up on being a lifetime VW owner but this experience made me reconsider.

    Matthew Ryan was exceptional in explaining my service contract. He also checked into a second key that was supposed to be ordered since I did not receive one. I was supposed to get a call las t Friday but did not I left a text message for Matthew that I did not. Sales was supposed to have called me but I understand with it being a holiday weekend. I hope I receive notice of a second key soon. I am also waiting for the maintenance package that was never ordered by the finance person who sold it to me. I have faith in Autofair since meeting Matthew.
