I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the service yesterday. I was in for a software update, winter tires, and some recalls, along with an inspection service. I was waiting for the vehicle, and I figured it would take awhile for sure. I was expecting the service to take about 2.30 hours or so. But after waiting for 4 hours and hearing nothing from anyone, I went out to the service desk, where I was told that the battery had needed charging and it was taking longer than expected. I certainly understand when unforeseen circumstances arise. But no one came in to tell me anything about the delay, offer a courtesy car for errands I might have, or any update on how much longer it might be. I finally was able to leave at 1:50pm after arriving at 8:45am. To me, 5 hours with no word from anyone is pretty unacceptable. Again, if anyone had made any effort to keep me informed I would have appreciated it and would have understood. In addition, the inspection service needed code is STILL coming up on my dash, so it makes me wonder if it was even done. I'm telling you all this instead of leaving a public review at least for now. All of your employees are very cordial, but a quick check with me after several hours of nothing feels like the least that could have been done.
