As a new employee, Ben handled the check-in process very well, and he asked for help when he needed it. He wanted to make sure everything was done correctly, and he ensured that by not guessing at anything. He was very personable, thorough, and ended up saving me a lot of money by pursuing the warranty coverage on the car. I hope he is treated well and chooses to become a long-term employee.

The experience at the dealership was fantastic, all the people that I had contact with while leasing my new car were very friendly and professional. The only area that was not so satisfactory was the aftersales. I had been told that I would receive the payment for my trade-in in less than a week, but it took over three, and I had to chase people a few times to get an update.
