Mixed feelings on our experience. Our sales person Andrew was very nice and not high pressure. The financial rep Austin was knowledgeable and very efficient. However, I was not happy after having my credit run which is perfect that we were offered a high 6.9% interest rate and only after arguing that we’d been offered 2.9% at another dealer did we get that rate. Then we “bought” permaplate It’s applied to protect the paint in the vehicle which was extra and were told to Bring it back a week later to have it applied. We were told that the application would take about 45 minutes. However, a week later when we came back, everyone seemed confused and said it was “already put on the vehicle “. I feel like we’ve been gaslit and that the vehicle already came with it yet we were charged extra. Be careful here with the add ons and financial scams where they try to get you to agree to monthly payments without knowing the interest rates. It’s frankly insulting.

I brought my Tiguan in for 10k service. At drop off I also asked if my vehicle could be checked because the clock keeps losing time; I have reset it 5x so far. This could not be done because the service techs on site that could perform this part were not available. I was offered the opportunity to make a separate appointment for that. I am not going to bring my vehicle in for another appointment just to check the clock, that is inconvenient & time consuming.

We have been loyal customers of AutFair VW of Nashua for years. Most recently, my car needed some serious repairs that ended up taking a lot longer than any of us expected. Ben, in the service department, arranged for a loaner car and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Plus, he coordinated on warranty issues. Your work was outstanding, professional, and the very best quality every step of the way.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with Autofair of Nashua. Just a reminder of Massachusetts state law, it is illegal to have an out of state temp plate on the vehicle (NH) if you reside and register the vehicle in MA.
