    Hello to whom it may concern, I didn’t have my car serviced, I purchased vehicle from Autofair Volkswagen. Overall the experience was good. I do however have a few points of criticism. The first point of constructive criticism is the fact that I felt like once the sale was completed I was no longer important. I am a returning customer, this is my third vehicle from Autofair. There were some paperwork issues and no one had the courtesy of calling me back, when I was reaching out. This is a big deal for me. I am a person that believes in the importance of communication. The second point is kind of on me for not looking, but something I would have thought Volkswagen service and sales would have noticed. I bought a used Tiguan. The one thing I didn’t notice was that it had 1 different tire out of the four tires. On a front wheel drive car not really a big issue, but on an all wheel drive vehicle it is. After purchasing this car for 24k, I will now need to put for four new tires on my car, which will set me back $900-$1000. You can’t just replace one tire on an AWD vehicle. I have owned and still own 2 AWD SUV’s besides this Tiguan. This criticism is to say pay attention to these small details. These couple of issues will not deter me from doing business with this dealership, but maybe these point will help to prevent this happening to your next customer. Thanks you Michael Housley

    1. Very minor matter, but paper should cover the drivers mat. I just put new mats in and the drivers had boot prints. 2. Major inconvenience that I need to return because the oil specified for the car was not used.
