Took the vehicle in for 20k service. Couple of weeks before the service, the bluetooth between my cell and vehicle started to malfunction. When I made or received calls, the other party could not hear me. I could pick up the call and hear them but that was all. Technician did an update but still doesn't work. They said they would need to contact corporate (you??) for information and/or advise. It has been nearly 3 weeks and still no response from local dealer or corporate. Would like to have it fixed NOW do to safety concerns plus it is part of the package that is supposed to be working on the vehicle.

I came in for my routine 20k mile service on my 23’ GTI Autobahn. The service staff was busy writing up others who arrived before me. While waiting I saw John the Service Manager recognize me waiting. He quickly got a clipboard and came over to write me up. I waited a reasonable amount of time in the shop while the service was being performed. Overall, a quick and uneventful visit, which is always appreciated.
